ATTENDEE CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE DRESS ACCEPTABLE DRESS ON THE SHOW FLOOR
The Expo is geared to adult entertainment so sexy attire is expected. But attire shall not be worn in a manner exposing any body part in violation of guidelines set forth below. Subject to paragraph 1 under “Prohibited Conduct”, the following “minimal wardrobes” are acceptable attire for the Expo:
1. Pasties are not permitted. Breasts must be covered with bikini tops or similar attire and such attire is the only acceptable minimal wardrobe for breast coverage.
2. Thongs exposing the buttocks can be worn as part of a wardrobe only if they comply with the following requirements:The thong must completely cover the genitals and not expose any pubic hair.
The thong must completely cover the anus and the skin immediately above and below the anus (meaning the interior base of the cleft).
A simple string across the anus does not meet this requirement.
3. Sheer or otherwise transparent garments are not acceptable forms of dress on the show floor unless the wearer fully complies with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 above.

4. Exhibiting bodily fluids or excretions is prohibited. Exhibiting ejaculation, defecation, urination, lactation, whether real or simulated, is prohibited.
5. Flashing is prohibited. Flashing means: exposing genitalia; exposing the areola or nipples of the female breasts; or exposing the anus.
6. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the show floor, registration, lobbies, special events, meeting rooms and/or seminar rooms

You also understand and agree that AVN or the VirginHotels Las Vegas reserves the right to expel, remove or ban you for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the Code of Conduct, disorderly conduct, lewd conduct or causing a public disturbance. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has been negotiating with the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 since January 2024. Close to 80% of the team members are working, and the property is fully operational with contingency plans in place to ensure seamless guest experiences.
The hotel has assured us that the strike will not impact the AVN Expo and Awards. Contingency measures are in place to maintain a memorable guest experience and exceptional service during the event.
