ATTENDEE CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE DRESS ACCEPTABLE DRESS ON THE SHOW FLOOR
The Expo is geared to adult entertainment so sexy attire is expected. But attire shall not be worn in a manner exposing any body part in violation of guidelines set forth below. Subject to paragraph 1 under “Prohibited Conduct”, the following “minimal wardrobes” are acceptable attire for the Expo:
1. Pasties are not permitted. Breasts must be covered with bikini tops or similar attire and such attire is the only acceptable minimal wardrobe for breast coverage.
2. Thongs exposing the buttocks can be worn as part of a wardrobe only if they comply with the following requirements:The thong must completely cover the genitals and not expose any pubic hair.
The thong must completely cover the anus and the skin immediately above and below the anus (meaning the interior base of the cleft).
A simple string across the anus does not meet this requirement.
3. Sheer or otherwise transparent garments are not acceptable forms of dress on the show floor unless the wearer fully complies with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
1. Anyone wearing “minimal wardrobe” as described in paragraphs 1 through 3 above is prohibited from wearing such wardrobe outside of the show floor. Anyone wearing such “minimal wardrobe” while on the show floor shall not walk, sit, stand, or otherwise position themselves so that they are visible to persons who are outside of the show floor.
2. Nudity is prohibited anywhere at the Expo. This means all locations including without limitation: The show floor; registration; lobbies, special events; meeting rooms and/or seminar rooms. “Nudity” means any of the following: exposing genitalia; exposing the female breasts; exposing pubic hair; or exposing the anus.
3. Sexual behavior or contact, whether real or simulated, is prohibited. Sexual behavior or contact includes, without limitation: penetration of any kind; the fondling of breasts, buttocks, or genitals even if the person is clothed; or any other behavior suggestive of sexual activities.
4. Exhibiting bodily fluids or excretions is prohibited. Exhibiting ejaculation, defecation, urination, lactation, whether real or simulated, is prohibited.
5. Flashing is prohibited. Flashing means: exposing genitalia; exposing the areola or nipples of the female breasts; or exposing the anus.
6. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the show floor, registration, lobbies, special events, meeting rooms and/or seminar rooms

If anyone engages in harassing behavior, AVN MediaNetwork staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, which may include immediate expulsion from the AVN Show, as well as a ban from attending any future AVN Shows or events. Violations that are criminal will ber eported to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Security and the Las Vegas MetropolitanPolice. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention: exhibitors, fans (attendees),speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers and security are alls ubject to our Code of Conduct. AVN Media Network, Inc., has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind.
By attending you agree that you will not engage in the following behavior or acts:
• Physical assault and/or battery
• Stalking
• Unwelcome physical contact and/or other harassing behavior
• Harassing photography (cameras are allowed, but no means no if an individual declines to pose)
• Photographs or recordings that violate privacy (e.g., up skirt shots, shooting in non-public spaces)
• Offensive verbal assaults, including butnot limited to negative comments based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexualorientation or gender identity/presentation
• Harassment in public restrooms (Guests arewelcome to use the restrooms that match their gender presentation or identity)
• Nudity, sexual contact (real or simulated)including, but not limited to, fondling of breasts, genitals, buttocks, penetrationof any kind, or flashing behavior (briefly exposing genitals or breasts)
You also understand and agree that AVN or the VirginHotels Las Vegas reserves the right to expel, remove or ban you for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the Code of Conduct, disorderly conduct, lewd conduct or causing a public disturbance. If you are removed from the AVN Show or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, you will not be provided a refund and you will be required to indemnify AVN Media Network and/or Virgin Hotels LasVegas for any fines or damages they incur which are caused by your breach of this agreement.
And you agree that any claims for breach of this agreement, shall be subject to confidential binding arbitration in the State ofCalifornia, in the County of Los Angeles. Also, this agreement is entered into pursuant to the laws of the State of California and shall be interpreted pursuant to those laws.
